*Terms and Conditions

  • Services will be provided subject to a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) and the Critical Start Professional Services Agreement terms.
  • Services are valued at $5,000 and transferrable (not to be resold) to a third party who is a client of the recipient attorney.
  • Recipient must use the $5,000 within 12 months of notification of winning, subject to availability of the Critical Start team to schedule and complete the requested work within that calendar year.
  • Award can only be used for $5,000 off the cost of an Incident Response Investigation or Forensics Investigation or one two-hour Executive Table Top Exercise, held remotely.
